At Foam Rubber Discount Center we are able to offer you a variety of special foams for your many needs.
- SPF
Charcoal is the same as our standard SPF foam, but it is charcoal colored. It is
suitable for packaging, display cases, or any application where white foam is not
desirable. This is a less expensive alternative to Ester Foam.
Available in 1/2", 1", 2", 3", and 4" thickness. Ester Foam (charcoal) is used for packaging. Some folks call this "camera case" foam. It is very suitable for display cases. Ester Foam is firmer and more static resistant than SPF Charcoal.
Available in 1/2", 1", 2", 3" and 4" thickness.Crosslinked flexible closed cell polyetheline (white) is a smooth surface foam with low water absorption.
Available in 1/4" thickness.Crosslinked closed cell polyetheline foam in black or white.
Available in 1/4", 1/2", 3/4", 1", 2" and 3" thickness.Ensolite (beige) is a polyvinyl chloride unicellular flotation foam which conforms to Coast Guard specification number 164.015 Type B. It is designed for outdoor use - especially for boats. It is resistant to weather and wear.
Available in 1/2", 3/4" and 1" thickness.Etha Foam or H-cell foam (white) is a closed cell foam, resistant to water.
Available in 1/8", 1/4", 1/2", 1" and 2" thickness.Rain Dry (white) is an electrostatically enhanced urethane foam. This material was designed to let water easily pass through (like a sieve) for quick drying, while maintaining good medium-firm seating qualities. Use this foam for outdoor seating with a mesh fabric.
Available in 1", 2", 3" and 4" thickness. This foam may be used in conjunction with crosslinked flexible closed cell polyetheline or ensolite to make a thicker outdoor seat.Visco Memory foam is heat sensitive. It is designed to conform to the curves of your body without exerting upward pressure. This foam is available in bed pillows and mattress toppers.
