- Q: Do you take charge cards or checks?
- A: We accept VISA or Mastercard as well as checks.
- Q: What do I need to bring to get a correct cushion size cut to order for my sofa or chair?
- A: The size of the cushion is determined by the size of the cover. We need to measure the cover, so bring it to the store. A carefully measured "foam area" can be supplied in place of the cover.
- Q: I live too far from your store. I need to order over the phone. How do I measure the foam, and how will I know which quality to choose?
- A: Cushions are sized according to the cover, or careful measurements, or a paper pattern. The foam is usually cut slightly larger to ensure a tight fit. The quality you choose depends upon your need and your budget.
- Q: Do you ship?
- A: We can ship UPS -- but there will be a shipping, insurance, and handling charge depending upon the size of the foam and your location.
